COMPANY HISTORY: How can you verify that you've been selling since 2011
Following on from above, we first started selling back in 2011. This can be easily verified by viewing our website domain record and we can also provide direct evidence from the Internet Archive of users discussing our company and products on various boards in 2011. SALES NUMBERS: What evidence do you have that your the biggest seller?
As as a registered UK Chemical/Biotech distribution company we are mandated to publish our financial records which are available to view freely online under Receptor Chem Ltd.
Sales and taxation figures are shown for each year since 2015 and the most recent submission shows sales of over £500,000 in the last year alone. This is with Zero advertising whatsoever. REVIEWS: Why aren't there many reviews for your company if you've been in business for so long?
We supply products for laboratory research purposes only. Unlike other suppliers we do not actively market or chase / encourage any reviews. Many other companies incentivise customers to write reviews or even pay for shills to write fake reviews, we have never engaged in such practices. The only reviews which you’ll find for us online (either positive or negative) are completely organic.
Our legitimacy can instead be easily verified by the length of time we’ve been in business, the documentation that we offer, and the years of publicly available sales records showing sales of multiple hundreds of thousands of pounds per year, all with Zero advertising.

Damaged items refund requests must be notified within 72 hours of receipt and we will require full photographic evidence of both the packaging and contents in order to proceed with a damage claim.
Policy applies to all orders across the globe. To prevent abuse, orders placed by competitors, employees, family, associates or affiliates of competitors are not covered under this guarantee.

USES: What are the use of research products?
Products are intended only for in vitro research and analytical use. They are not intended for any other use. They should be used only by knowledgeable individuals or those under their direct supervision. Typical uses include but are not limited to agonist interactions, receptor assays and GC/MS reference.

PRICE MATCH: Do you price match similar products?
We used to offer full price matching, however with new unscrupulous sellers popping up on a weekly basis offering sub par products at very low prices, we can longer offer price matching unless it is on an equivalent basis.
